The onboarding process (launching a new client) is often accompanied by a large number of routine actions: creating chats, folders, copying templates, and preparing contracts. In this project, I fully automated this process.

Now the business simply needs to fill out an entry form or change the status in the CRM — and the system independently prepares the entire working environment in 30 seconds.

What exactly does the automation do:
Communication: Automatically creates a dedicated channel in Slack for the new project and adds responsible employees to it.

Infrastructure: A personal folder for the client is created in Google Drive with a clearly defined structure of subfolders.

Document flow: The system automatically generates a contract based on a template, inserting the client's data, and saves it in the newly created folder.

Knowledge base: All necessary introductory files, regulations, and instructions are copied into the client's folder.

Finalization: The client instantly receives a personalized email via Gmail with links to their folder, Slack channel, and the ready contract.

Convenience and practicality:
Time savings: Instead of 20-30 minutes of manual work by the manager — 0 minutes. The algorithm does everything.

Absence of errors: The human factor is eliminated — links are always correct, documents are not lost, and folder names are standardized.

Wow effect for the client: The client receives all accesses and documents within a minute after signing the contract, demonstrating a high level of service from the company.
