L-shaped conveyor for transporting household waste
The task was set to design an L-shaped conveyor for transporting household and industrial waste.
Design features:
• Frame: made as a dismountable modular system from profile rolling, which simplifies logistics and assembly.
• Belt: a heavy BKNL belt was used, equipped with guiding chains, cross slats, and chevrons for reliable cargo retention.
• Installation: the features of the installation site (pit) were taken into account, and the appropriate height of the supports was calculated.
Work results:
• A complete set of working drawings and specifications.
• Prepared DWG files for laser cutting of sheet metal.
• A detailed bill of materials, including calculations for metal, components, fasteners, and consumables (paint, etc.).
