Leoling is a language school with online and offline courses and translation services in Lviv
We focused on attracting students for Polish language courses
Main goal:
✓ Create a steady flow of students to form new groups
✓ Sale of individual training
Challenges:
There aren't many. The main one is seasonality
Standard task list for our team before starting work:
✓ Integrated a specialist and developed a new website
✓ Communication promotion strategy
✓ Stable lead generation and sales system with predictable results
The client's website was, to put it mildly, low-converting
That's why we started using lead forms and quiz sites, which allowed us to achieve cheaper results than from the website. In June, we started developing a new website
The site was clearly tailored to the target audience segment - graduates planning to enter Polish universities.
Using this site, we reduced the cost per lead THREEFOLD
Now we have returned to using the lead form tool, as the demand from graduates is very low, and for the general Polish course, this site is not conversion-friendly, which is obvious
Our current result - lead at 1.40$
Result at the start of cooperation - lead at 7.25$
