Launching an MVP test for a heavy equipment rental business
A client approached me with the goal of conducting an MVP test for launching a landing page for a business that rents out special equipment. As part of this project, I completed the following tasks:
1. Niche and competitor analysis: Conducted a detailed market analysis to understand the competitive environment and highlight key points for successful promotion.
2. Creation of a technical specification (TS): Developed a TS for the designer, detailing the structure of the site, including key conversion points and elements that contribute to sales.
3. Moderation of site content: Analyzed and monitored the site's content to ensure the correct placement of information and the creation of an effective sales funnel.
4. Site setup: After the site development was completed, I carried out its setup, including the installation of Google Tag Manager (GTM), configuration of conversions, and other technical aspects.
5. Launch of advertising campaigns: Considering the specifics of B2B and services, search advertising campaigns were launched. Thanks to quality preparation, leads began to arrive in a short time, and managers quickly converted them into clients.
