As mentioned above, the main objective was to get to the proven level of sales and exceed it.For this, a brief with the customer was carried out, the target audience was determined, the competitors were analyzed.To better understand the needs of customers, I conducted a survey among people who have already been customers of the store before.During the survey, the following topics were discussed:
What did the customer get to buy (quality?The price?Confidence in Brands?and ?What shares would customers like to see in the store?Are there any doubts or denials when purchasing?These three simple questions gave the opportunity to identify the most up-to-date offers for advertising creatives to close as much as possible all the needs and pain of potential buyers
Process of Work:
