Connect website forms to Kommo CRM to automatically create leads with UTM parameters, map form fields to deal and contact fields, and route leads to different pipelines depending on whether they came from the Europe page or the main website.
Solution
A Make.com scenario was created to receive form submissions via a webhook. The scenario determines which website page the submission came from and, based on that, creates a deal in the appropriate sales pipeline while automatically populating the deal and contact fields with the submitted data.
Result
Deals are automatically created in the appropriate pipelines with all required deal and contact fields completed.
