This presentation is developed for MICE Operations — a Dutch provider of innovative event management software planning to enter the Portuguese market.
In this project I:
Conducted marketing research (micro- and macro-environment, competitive analysis, segmentation, positioning)
Created a customer profile (buyer persona) and adapted the full marketing strategy accordingly
Developed a sales funnel with a focus on SDG-oriented marketing (social responsibility, eco-awareness)
Visualized KPIs, financial model, promotion budget, and sales forecast
Structured the presentation logic so that it appears as a ready strategy for investors or managers
