In the legal niche, attracting a lead is only 10% of the success. The main task is to convert this lead into a real deal without "wasting" managers' time on non-target contacts. Many can generate applications, but few can build a system that generates profitable deals. For the law firm, we developed and implemented a comprehensive automated funnel in messengers.

Client: A law firm providing services to individuals.
Problem: The client was receiving applications from advertising but faced classic problems:
Low conversion: Out of 10 leads, at best, only one would turn into a real deal.

2. MY SOLUTION AND WORK PROCESS
The core of the system became a multi-level automated funnel, the logic of which is depicted in the diagram below. It worked like a virtual assistant, guiding the client from the first click to readiness to close the deal.
KEY STAGES OF IMPLEMENTATION:
Traffic from Meta Ads: We launched advertising campaigns that led not to the website but directly to the funnel. This allowed us to achieve an extraordinarily low cost per lead — only $0.71.
Automated Funnel (Chatbot): As soon as a user entered the funnel, they went through several stages:
Qualification: The bot asked clarifying questions to determine the client's problem and its seriousness.
Segmentation: Depending on the answers, the client fell into the appropriate branch of the funnel, where they received relevant information (articles, videos, cases).
Warming and trust: The system automatically sent a chain of messages demonstrating the company's expertise and addressing potential objections.
Transfer of "Hot" Lead: Only after the lead passed all warming stages was it transferred to the manager in the CRM for closing the deal. The manager received not just a contact but already a warm, informed person.
