Meta CAPI via Stape
Task: Quick setup of Meta API conversions without involving developers.
Advantages:
Speed: The setup can be done quickly due to the relatively low time investment.
Cost-effectiveness: The specialist's fee is lower compared to other methods.
Versatility: The setup can be implemented for any CMS or website builder.
No data deduplication required: This simplifies the process.
Disadvantages:
Monthly subscription fee: $8.4 per month when paid annually.
Meta library cannot be removed from the website: This can only be done with server-side GTM.
Quality of iOS event tracking may be lower: Compared to proper server-side GTM setup.
However, in most cases, CAPI setup is done through various modules for OpenCart/WordPress, which do not always work correctly. Therefore, the disadvantages are somewhat mitigated.
Additional work:
User Data was configured to be transferred to the advertising account. This resulted in a high event match rate (see screenshot).
The number of registered "Purchase" events increased by 23.2% (see screenshot).
