Migration of database from Copper CRM to Kommo CRM

The data transfer process was divided into several stages:

Analysis of data structure in Copper CRM and Kommo
Data storage formats and relationships between companies, contacts, and deals in both systems were studied.
An assessment of the volume of data and potential risks during migration was conducted.
Migration of main entities
Databases of companies, contacts, and deals were transferred to Kommo with relationships preserved.
For each company in the system, the corresponding contacts and related deals were assigned.
Migration of interaction history
Task history, including statuses, deadlines, and results, was transferred.
Email correspondence related to deals was preserved, allowing managers to continue communication without losing context.
Call history, including date, duration, and recorded comments, was imported.
Testing and data verification
After the migration was completed, the data was checked for accuracy and completeness. Special attention was paid to preserving relationships between entities to ensure that company, deal, and contact data displayed correctly.
Kommo functionality was tested with the imported data to ensure all processes work as expected.
