3D modeling of a detachable repair clamp (hinged fastener)

Development of a custom hinge clamp for convenient organization of thick cables or attachment of lightweight accessories to a tubular base (for example, to a table leg, stand, or bicycle handlebar).

The main feature of the model is the presence of a movable connection (cylindrical loop) and a locking latch. This design allows for easy mounting and removal of the clip with one hand.

An accurate parametric CAD model has been created with well-thought-out clearances for the free movement of the loop. The model is perfect for 3D printing with standard plastics (PETG, PLA) and does not require complex supports.
