Modernization of a Telegram Recruiting Bot

The client had a working Telegram bot, but it required optimization and new features to improve user experience and enhance the efficiency of the recruitment process.

Implemented improvements:
- Resolved stability issues, ensuring the bot runs reliably without freezes.
- Optimized the candidate form, including accurate validation of contact information.
- Enhanced the resume interface to make it clearer and more user-friendly.
- Integrated a payment system and enabled paid subscription options for employers.
- Added new features for both candidates and employers: tracking the last three workplaces, adding comments, and receiving SMS notifications.
- Created a “Useful Information” section for employers to post text messages and upload files.

Result: The bot became more convenient, stable, and feature-rich, allowing the client to manage recruitment processes more efficiently and offer paid services to users.

The client now has a user-friendly online system available 24/7, which manages applications, controls payments, and greatly simplifies appointment management.
