Table Tennis Booking

A Telegram bot was developed for the client to fully automate the location booking process without the need for manual handling of requests. Users follow a simple and intuitive workflow: they select a location, booking duration, date, and available time. Then, they enter their contact details and proceed with payment.

The system automatically verifies payments, records bookings in a table, and blocks the reserved time to prevent double bookings. If a time slot is already taken, the bot immediately notifies the user about its unavailability.

Automatic updates of available dates were also implemented, ensuring that the next two weeks are always displayed for booking. After each successful reservation, the owner receives a notification with the client’s details and booking time.

As a result, the client received a convenient online booking system that accepts requests 24/7, manages payments, and greatly simplifies scheduling management.
