Multilingual trigger email series for a dating project
For a dating project (18+) operating in several European countries, multilingual trigger email series based on user events have been fully implemented: registration, login, reading messages, payment, etc. An example of one of the project sites is https://www.klubb6.se/ (Sweden). A large volume of work has been completed on preparing and launching automated scenarios that send emails based on events and schedules:
1. Setting up the mailing service account in collaboration with the service's technical support.
2. Supporting the integration of the mailing service and project sites, configuring the transfer of events and user data.
3. Creating "turnkey" emails: texts (translation into European languages done by the client), design, assembly in the mailing service editor, implementation, and testing of dynamic content.
4. Segmentation and validation of the original user database of the sites (up to 300,000 addresses).
5. Manual "warming up" of the account and sender addresses.
6. Configuring and adjusting the sending of emails based on events and schedules depending on user actions.
7. Compiling a report on all created scenarios and triggers (about 14 scenarios, more than 40 emails).
All scenarios have been handed over to the client's team and can be further refined.
