Mailing to the client database for a cleaning service (Canada)

For the cleaning service (Canada, website https://nickswindowcleaning.ca/), seasonal newsletters with promotions for regular clients have been implemented. Design layouts have been created based on the client's texts, client databases have been cleaned of outdated addresses and re-segmented. Emails have been formatted and sent in batches to prevent overload for the company's managers. Thanks to the regularity and preliminary work with the database, high mailing performance has been achieved: OR 50-63%, CR 2.5-4.7%.
