KPI: increase in the number of bookings

For this project, an advertising cabinet was created and set up, Google Analytics 4 was connected, and all tracking was configured from scratch.

During the first month, search campaigns were set up by categories and a brand campaign. As a result, traffic increased several times.
During the second month, we actively worked on optimizing the performance of the advertising campaigns and scaling. Recommendations for website improvement were provided.

Result: the number of users on the site +27.3%, including new users +26.7%. Click conversions for "Book" +78%, booking form +333% by November.

After adding the "Call Back" button to the site, we recorded an increase in the number of phone calls by +250%, while the number of calls from organic sources increased from 4 to 11 (by 1.8 times) and from brand searches from 1 to 10 (by 9 times).
