Project goal:
Build one tool where sales teams move deals through the pipeline (Lead → Qualified → Deal → Won → Customer → Retention) while online stores manage their catalog, orders, and payments — with no switching between systems.
Delivered functionality:
• 11 CRM modules: Dashboard & Analytics, Leads, Contacts, Companies, Deals & Pipeline, Activities & Tasks, Customers & Retention, Catalog & Products, and Orders (e-commerce).
• Kanban pipeline with drag-and-drop, stage validation, weighted forecast, win rate, and lost-reason analysis.
• Smart lead conversion — one click creates a Contact, Company, and Deal at once; stagnation detection surfaces stale deals and notifies the responsible manager.
• Customer analytics: health scoring, lifetime value, and churn-risk detection.
• E-commerce: workspace-scoped catalog with categories, brands, bundles, and inventory; orders with line items, a status workflow, and a public API.
Integrations and adapters:
WooCommerce, Shopify, Telegram, Viber, Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta, LiqPay, WayForPay, Monobank, Prom.ua, Rozetka, and OLX. Price/stock sync by SKU, idempotent order processing without duplicates, and payment sandbox validation.
Architecture and security:
OpenAPI 3.1 specification with an interactive request builder, a JS widget, a Lead intake API, and an Orders API. Rate limiting, honeypot anti-spam protection, and workspace isolation enforced on every request.
