Odoo CRM for automotive service

The automotive service needed to collect applications, clients, deals, tasks, and communications from various channels into one CRM system so that the team wouldn't have to work through disparate forms, messengers, and manual information transfer.

We set up Odoo CRM, the sales funnel structure, client and deal cards, integrated the website form, and connected communication through Instagram, Facebook Messenger, and WhatsApp within a single process.

As a result, managers received a centralized workspace: applications go into the CRM, the interaction history is not lost, and sales, tasks, and communications are interconnected.
