Setting up Zoho One for an American event agency

List of tasks:

— Setting up the mandatory field completion for progressing further through the funnel stages;
— Setting up integration with MessageBird for implementing a Telegram bot and SMS notifications for communication with artists;
— Setting up automatic actions for sending SMS notifications via MessageBird using webhooks (and configuring the webhooks themselves), so that artists and/or clients can receive reminders on their devices about events when the funnel stage changes or at specified time intervals;
— Setting up other automations for transitions between stages with sending email notifications, for example, a message requesting feedback on the conducted event;
— Setting up integration between MessageBird and WhatsApp.
