We have developed a program that will help every owner of the OneBox operating system or a collaborator - its user, better understand the business processes and improve personal results.
We will understand how to design and practically use business processes in OneBox OS and manage the company and employees’ actions to the necessary and measurable results.There will be 15 group sessions + 5 individual team sessions.Through the Practicum consistently you get the designs of the work business processes and import them to your OneBox.Learn how to set up and adapt the processes to your own activities.Each session takes place in question and response.It lasts for 40 minutes and sometimes a little longer.Theme 1 - General concepts, terms
Session 1: A review to provide clarity on how and for what OneBox can and should be used.A joint meeting with children from the previous stream.Therefore, the duration of this session may be more than 40 minutes for you
