Analysis of the current state of the email channel (the existing subscribers base, the effectiveness of the work of existing letters and mailing);
Based on the results, a segmentation of the base was carried out;
Current templates of letters are optimized (personalization, simplification of structure, distribution of UTP);
Special templates are developed for each segment;
Analysis based on the results obtained, implementation of optimization changes.
