Conducted a comprehensive business valuation, taking into account financial performance, tangible and intangible assets, the franchise model, and the network’s development potential.
Collected, verified, and structured management data covering 12 months of business operations.
Developed a P&L statement showing revenue dynamics, operating expenses, profitability, and key financial indicators.
Analysed the revenue and cost structure, business margins, and the factors affecting overall financial performance.
Described the network’s business model, operating processes, management structure, and principles of cooperation with franchise partners.
Conducted research into the Ukrainian frozen convenience food market, including:
assessment of market size and dynamics;
analysis of key market players and the competitive environment;
research into consumer trends and changes in purchasing behaviour;
analysis of pricing approaches;
research into the main distribution and sales channels;
assessment of the market’s investment attractiveness.
Identified the network’s competitive advantages and its positioning relative to other market participants.
Analysed the potential for scaling through the opening of company-owned and franchised locations, geographical expansion, and the development of new sales channels.
Developed the project’s investment rationale, including key growth drivers, opportunities for a strategic investor, and potential areas for increasing business value.
Prepared a professional investment presentation for introducing the business to potential buyers and investors.
Created a separate package of analytical materials covering the market, competitors, distribution channels, consumer trends, and the investment potential of the industry.
Prepared materials for use during negotiations, business due diligence, and substantiation of the network’s asking price.
Result:
A comprehensive investment package was developed, combining the financial model, business valuation, description of the franchise and operating models, market and competitive analysis, assessment of scaling potential, and an investment presentation. The prepared materials enabled the business to be presented to strategic investors in a structured manner, supported the valuation rationale, and provided an analytical foundation for negotiations regarding the sale of the network.
