Platform rules: why I only work officially
ConsultingWelcome! Before we start working together, I'd like to introduce you to the key rules of the FreelanceHunt platform. This is important for both of us.
SHARING CONTACTS IS PROHIBITED BEFORE PAYMENT
According to the platform rules, sharing contact or payment details before opening a deal through the Safe is strictly prohibited.
This means I cannot provide you with:
— phone number or messenger (Telegram, WhatsApp, Viber, etc.)
— email address
— links to social media profiles
— payment details for direct transfer
This is not a personal choice — these are platform rules I am required to follow. Violations may result in an account ban for both parties.

If you have recently joined the platform, these articles are essential for study — they cover answers to the most frequently asked questions about the platform rules. I recommend reading them to avoid the most common mistakes.
AUDIT AND WORK ONLY THROUGH A CONTRACT
I do not conduct preliminary audits for free and do not perform work without an official contract on the platform.
Why this matters:
— The Safe protects both parties: funds are frozen until the work is complete
— All agreements are recorded in writing in the project Workspace
— After each project is completed, both parties exchange reviews. This increases trust in the client's account and attracts more experienced contractors in the future
How we work officially:
1. The client creates a project for an initial consultation — I call this stage a "pre-project audit". This is the mandatory first step for a high-quality professional solution to the client's task.
More about the pre-project audit here
https://freelancehunt.com/showcase/work/predproektnyiy-audit-chto-eto-pochemu/1846238.html
2. The contractor confirms acceptance of the project.
3. The client reserves the consultation fee on the platform.
4. Within this project, the parties agree on a date and time for a Zoom meeting and hold 1-3 sessions to:
— identify and agree on the client's needs
— analyse the complexity of the task
— create and present a step-by-step solution plan with timelines and cost
5. After the meetings, there are several possible outcomes:
5.1 The task is solved in one project — we close the consultation and create one new project.
5.2 The task is large — we split it into several sequential (or parallel) projects.
5.3 The contractor delivers a step-by-step solution plan with timelines, cost, and risks. The client takes time to make a decision — we close the consultation and wait for their answer.
6. We close the consultation project and exchange reviews.
7. We create a new project with an exact description, deadlines, and cost.
8. The client deposits the amount. Work begins.
9. After completion — we close the project and exchange reviews.
If you have any questions — write to me in the platform chat. I'm ready to discuss the details and start working officially.
