Preparation and conduct of comprehensive operational audit
Preparation and conducting a comprehensive internal operational audit of the MHP-Cafe Myronovsky Bread Products.
The internal audit included the conduct of comprehensive diagnostic measures on the organization of the work of the facility, the main process groups of all production units and providing holding departments, communication, efficiency system and food security for the public food enterprise:
- Production technology, existing system of management and regulations;
Assortment and Price Policy;
Transportation and Logistics;
- the existing system of accounting and control, all types of standards and regulatory documentation;
The Food Safety System - Harmonization of the NSSR;
Organizational structure and official duties, schedule and staff management system.
