Product Analytics: Media Streaming Case (Amplitude)
Conducted a comprehensive analysis of user experience for a streaming service. The project demonstrates the ability to work with large datasets and transform them into understandable business reports.
What was implemented:
Funnel Analysis:
Identification of "bottlenecks" in onboarding where the product loses users. Segmentation by platforms (iOS, Android, Web).
Retention Analysis:
Assessment of audience loyalty and construction of user return graphs (bar charts).
Engagement Analysis:
Calculation of average events per user (Average Events) and monitoring of daily activity.
Pathfinder:
Visualization of actual user behavior scenarios after registration.
