Interactive dashboard for SaaS product (Retention and KPI).
Task: Analyze user behavior on the SaaS platform and identify churn points during the onboarding stage.
What has been done:
Complex SQL queries have been written to segment over 8000 records.
An Onboarding Funnel has been built: from registration to connecting the Trial and final payment.
Cohort analysis has been implemented to track conversion dynamics (Paid CR) by month.
Key metrics have been calculated: Retention, Churn, Trial-to-Paid conversion.
Result:
A user-friendly dashboard in Tableau that allows management to instantly see at which stage the product is losing money.
