Project of Potomak
The project of a private residential house (road) with a swimming pool, sauna, garage. The total area is 1030 m2, 35 rooms, 2 floors and floor.
The component of the project was completed in sections of the general plan of the site, the sketch project of the house and the work documentation (AR and CS in full volume and with detailed solutions, VK - principles solutions, solutions on natural ventilation of the premises - in the section AR).
Constructions - a multi-layer wall with heating inside, covers - g/beton assembly, the roof - scattered on wooden stripes.
Design - 2004 - 2006, construction - 2005 - 2009.
