The project of a private residential house with a pool of a total area of 300 m2 and 2 floors.
The component of the project was completed in sections of the general plan of the site, the sketch project of the house and the work documentation (AR and CS in full volume and with detailed solutions, VK - principles solutions, solutions on natural ventilation of the premises - in the section AR).
Construction of the house - walls multi-layer (carpenter, carpenter and carpenter), covering assembly - monolithic g/beton, roof scattered on wooden stripes, foundations - slope (the house is located on a slope with a floating potential).
Design - 2010, the construction was completed in 2011.
