Project setup from 0. Equipment store for Horeca establishments

Setting up and optimizing Google advertising campaigns. The project started on 22.10.23, without previously configured e-commerce. Therefore, the main task was the correct setup of e-commerce. Since the site was on CMS, the client was offered 2 options for implementation of the setup, a technical specification was formed for the programmer, and additional recommendations for installing the module were provided. After a joint discussion, weighing all the "pros" and "cons," the client decided in favor of installing the e-commerce module. After checking everything and ensuring that everything was working properly, we proceeded to create the structure of the advertising cabinet. Existing campaigns were optimized, and an additional 2 campaigns were launched to increase sales and revenue. Over the 2 months of project management, the following goals were achieved: an increase in the number of sales, achieving a return on investment of 2000% with a cost of 55,000 UAH per month. As a result, with expenses of 99,600 UAH, the number of sales increased by 275, revenue increased by 2,320,000 UAH, and the actual profitability was 2458%. During the work, A/B testing of different ad group objects was conducted to identify the most successful and attractive ones, cleaning of search queries, and testing of various marketing strategies to find the most optimal one, under which the campaigns could yield maximum results.
