Reconstruction of heating, water supply, and sewage systems

As part of the project, a comprehensive reconstruction of engineering networks was carried out with full integration into all premises of the facility. The scope of work included:

• Development of a new heating scheme taking into account the redesign and regulatory requirements of medical institutions.
• Accurate 3D installation of pipelines: supply, return, radiator connection nodes, regulating fittings.
• Installation of a water supply system for work areas, sanitary nodes, and laboratory premises.
• Complete reconstruction of sewage systems — routing, slopes, outlets for equipment, inspections.
• Modeling of all nodes in ArchiCAD with subsequent visualization for approval.
• Consideration of ergonomics, sanitary standards, and further maintenance of engineering networks.
