A small but quite popular delivery service in one of the cities of Ukraine. They have discount offers (old price, new price) and similar promotions. The cheapest rolls in the city
MAIN TASKS:
1. Bring people to the delivery service
2. Take the delivery service to a new level in terms of the number of purchases
3. Encourage repeat purchases
PITFALLS:
1. They searched for a working connection for a long time and conducted many test campaigns
2. Quite high competition, low average check, which also became an obstacle in the initial launches
3. Pushed pleasant offers for new customers
WHAT HAS BEEN DONE:
1. Built a strategy considering CJM and CustDev
2. Conducted in-depth analysis (market, target audience, product, landing pages, etc.), identified key advantages that were turned into triggers for the end consumer
3. Created a retargeting funnel for customer retention
