About the project:
The Ukasko project is an aggregator of insurance services, providing a convenient platform for online insurance. The main task at the launch stage was to design and develop a custom platform with unique functionality and architecture, as well as to create a team for implementing a long-term strategy. The work included careful planning of the website structure, its functionality, and improving user experience.
What has been done:
• Conducted market analysis of insurance and competitive environment to identify key audience needs.
• Developed project plan and platform architecture:
• • Fully custom solution, taking into account the specifics of the project.
• • Creation and design of page functionalities:
• • • Calculators
• • • Calculation forms
• • • Sections for comparing insurance services
• • Close collaboration with developers to implement all functional elements.
• • Testing functionality during the development stage to eliminate bugs.
• Optimization of user experience:
• • Conducted UX/UA research using Microsoft Clarity.
• • Conducted A/B testing of pages to increase conversion.
• • Set up convenient navigation, intuitive interface, and useful functionality.
