Series of conceptual typographic posters "Dance is Art"

Creation of a series of creative posters dedicated to the art of dance and ballet. The main task is to visually convey the energy, expression, and plasticity of the human body in motion, using bold graphic solutions and unconventional text work.

Stylistics and Visuals:
The design of the posters combines elements of Swiss typography, collage, and modern brutalism. The main focus is on the interaction of massive, accidental text with photographs of dancers. To give the works depth and character, a vintage print effect, graininess, and noise have been used. Bright contrasting color combinations are guaranteed to attract attention and make the design memorable.

What has been done:
Formation of the visual idea and selection of references.

Complex work with typography: creation of text compositions, wrapping, and overlapping of elements.

Photo manipulations: cutting out figures, color correction, stylization of photographs for printed raster.

Application of textures (paper noise, wear) to create the effect of a "living" poster.

Adaptation of the series into a single recognizable style with different color solutions.
