ABOUT THE PROJECT:
Aesthetic medicine and hardware technology clinic. Clients appreciate them not only for qualified service delivery but also for the highest level of customer service.

They worked on this project only for laser hair removal.

MAIN TASKS:

1. Elevate the laser hair removal service in cosmetology to a new level in terms of visit frequency.
2. Work on the brand perception among the target audience.

PITFALLS:

1. They spent a long time searching for a working connection, conducted many test campaigns, used creatives in at least 3-4 different variations, of which only a few yielded good results.
2. Quite high competition, high average check, which also became an obstacle during the initial launches.
3. Poor communication from the client, which caused long approval times for creatives throughout the collaboration, leading to delays in launching advertising campaigns.

WHAT WAS DONE:

1. Built a strategy considering CJM and CustDev.
2. Developed strong communication, created unique offers, and produced quite interesting luxury-type creatives.
3. After many tests, they found winners, from which they received a good number of leads at a low cost per day.
