Key conclusions:

Local targeting proved to be the most effective (46% of bookings) with a good ROAS (420%)
Remarketing showed the highest ROAS (520%), confirming the importance of repeat visits
Culinary master classes and festive dinners demonstrated the highest margin (65% and 58%)
Video content with the kitchen and head chef generated the highest user engagement
The percentage of regular customers increased from 18% to 62%, improving overall business metrics
