Team project
I acted as Team Lead in my first team project, coordinating the work of a group of 9 developers. The main challenge was the tight deadlines — we had only 7 days to implement a full solution.
Key achievements and areas of responsibility:
Team and resource management: I distributed tasks, monitored deadlines, and ensured synchronization of the work of all participants.
Crisis management: When two participants faced technical difficulties, I redistributed the workload within the team. This allowed us not only to complete their work blocks but also to maintain the overall development pace.
Technical problem-solving: At the initial stage, we encountered difficulties in setting up the Vite build tool. Thanks to joint efforts and technical analysis, the problem was promptly resolved, laying a stable foundation for further development.
Finalization and Code Review: At the final stage, I coordinated the process of "closing tails" and refactoring to ensure the final product met the established requirements.
Result:
Despite technical challenges and limited time, the team demonstrated high resilience. The project was delivered on time. For me, this experience became a valuable lesson not only in process management but also in the ability to adopt best practices from talented colleagues, which strengthened my technical and managerial background.
