Telegram Bot with Integrated CRM System

Developed a Telegram bot that integrates with a CRM system and serves as a convenient interface for clients. The bot processes incoming requests, transfers all data to the CRM backend, and keeps users informed about status changes. Administrators work with the data through the Django Admin panel, which acts as the CRM management layer.

The system is deployed on a VPS and operates continuously.

Client-side functionality:

submitting a request

selecting a service or category

uploading images and files

automatic notifications about status updates

CRM/Admin functionality:

viewing and processing requests in Django Admin

managing order statuses (new → in progress → completed)

search and filtering tools

logging and history tracking

user and access management

Technical stack:
Python, aiogram 3, Django, PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, Nginx, Linux VPS.

Result:
The bot provides automated request intake and seamless transfer of data to the CRM, reducing manual operations and speeding up the order-processing workflow.
