Telegram bots to separate audio from the video to a separate mp3 file

The bot for video separation and audio distribution into a separate file. You can send a link to it to youtube, video, video as a file, video-"circuit" and on the way to get a mp3 file. Currently, this is the only function of this bot, but there are ideas to expand it in the following directions:
- Sound cleansing (including AI technology) and improved sound series in the same video
Change the voice by pressing “mixers”
Create subtitles for video with the ability to re-sign with another (AI) voice
...and a lot more. In general, it is a potentially interesting project for me.

Although coded for his personal purposes, but decided to download the work on GitHub. Available for all who want both to get acquainted and use.
