Telegraph bots with notifications of new goods in the store

He made for himself a script for regular visiting the site of one online store and analysis of the receipts of new goods in one of the categories (laptops of a certain brand). When a new model appears, the script sends me a link to the product in the bots telegram. Scraper goes to the site through the proxy. For the function telegram, the bot used the aiogram library. The whole code is asynchronous.

In the near future I will update and improve the code of this software (a huge list of what I want to see in the project), as it can be used as a boilerplate for new similar projects.

Although coded for his personal purposes, but decided to download the work on GitHub. Available for all who want both to get acquainted and use.
