– held monthly raffles of professional books and tasting sets to increase engagement;
– weekly turned off ad sets with CPL > 100 ₴, reallocating budget to the best ones;
– optimized the bot landing page: instantly displayed “insight of the week” and a call to subscribe.
Result over 5 weeks:
• 684 subscribers average CPL 88 ₴ (range 70–110 ₴)
• budget ₴60,000
• activity in the bot was maintained thanks to raffles and daily HoReCa facts
