Telegram Support Bot for FinTech SaaS

Built a Telegram support bot for a trading SaaS product
with multi-language architecture and thread management.

What was built:
— Auto language detection per user (EN/UA/RU)
— Forum Topics API — each request in a dedicated thread
— Webhook-based — millisecond response time
— Full conversation logging to database
— Webhook signature validation (security)

Result: 100+ weekly support requests handled without human first response
