The WP House

Our studio has developed an individual cottage project in the suburbs of Dnepr.The focus of attention was two important tasks: on the one hand - to open the surrounding landscape to residents, and on the other - to ensure privacy and the necessary functional connections.It is this first and determined both the internal planning of the house and the composition of volumes.The dominant horizontal theme is supported by widespread crossing, steak, as well as smaller facade elements - lamps and terrace and balcony roofing structures.The planning structure is designed to form a living room, a terrace, a ham and a bed area around the pool, but at the same time get the interiors filled with natural lighting.On the second floor is also a bedroom with the possibility of the outlet directly to the pool and a cabin with a small balcony.All engineering systems are reduced into the coca space.The project of the house involves the ventilation of the rooms by the stretch-output system with air recovery.Reduction of heat losses achieved by the use of energy-saving steel, maximum heating of the building by perimeter, its maximum hermetization, multi-layer thermoisolation.
