Trust from the first screen: landing page design for equipment service
This project is a redesign of a promo landing page for a household appliance repair service in Canada. The main goal is to increase visitor trust and boost the number of inquiries through the website.
What I did:
Structured the content into a clear hierarchy:
• Offer and CTA on the first screen
• List of services with visual presentation
• Service advantages emphasizing guarantees, speed, and fair pricing
• Real photos from repairs and a brief description of the process
• Answers to frequently asked questions + inquiry form
Designed for trust:
Minimalist style, dark background, bright accents on key actions, plenty of real content instead of stock images.
Optimized for mobile:
Responsive layout, convenient CTAs, compact navigation, and easy access to the feedback form.
Result:
The page looks professional, clear, and convincing. Users quickly orient themselves, see that the service is reliable, and are eager to leave an inquiry. This approach directly impacts conversion growth.
