Visual communication for recruitment campaign
I was asked to create an advertising poster for an international company that manufactures aluminum cans and is actively expanding its team in Ukraine. The main task is to visually and structurally present the company's vacancies, emphasizing the benefits for employees.
Task: create an informative, visually appealing, and user-friendly poster that will be used in print and online.
What I did:
1. Built the composition based on the principle of logical hierarchy: key message — call to action — benefits — vacancies — contacts.
2. Highlighted the main message "We invite you to work!" with large font for immediate perception.
3. Visually separated the benefit blocks so that each point is easy to read (free transfer, meals, insurance, timely salary, etc.).
4. Created a vacancy block with a clear structure: position → QR code → contact information, which shortens the path from interest to action.
5. Added a transfer map (key stations) to show logistics for candidates from the suburbs.
