Description of work on the project "Furniture Guru"

Client: Online furniture store for home (from scratch)
Role: SEO specialist, website development consultant

Main stages of work:
1. Brand development and naming
Conducted market and competitor analysis in the sleep furniture niche.

Suggested 10 name options for the store to the client.

After discussion, the name "Furniture Guru" was chosen — stylish and easy to remember.

Developed logo and favicon in accordance with the brand concept.

2. CMS selection and technical preparation
Recommended Okay CMS as the optimal platform for the online store (convenience, SEO-friendliness, scalability).

Helped the client set up hosting and domain.

3. Design and interface
The client independently chose the color scheme, which I technically implemented in the design.

Ensured the site is responsive for mobile devices.

4. SEO preparation and content
Created a detailed content plan for the blog (categories: beds, mattresses, dressers, etc.).

Wrote technical specifications for copywriters considering SEO requirements.

Selected semantic core (keywords for articles and categories).

Worked on product descriptions together with the client (based on keywords).

5. Site functionality
Installed SEO modules:

Meta tag optimization (automatic templates).

XML sitemap for Google.

Speed optimization module.

Added tools for communication with clients:

Online chat.

Feedback form.

Call-tracking for call analysis.

6. Launch and support
Tested the site before launch (form checks, loading, responsiveness).

Provided the client with instructions for managing content in Okay CMS.

Suggested further SEO promotion plan (traffic work, backlinks, content).
