Website Gambling Chicken Road
The project involved creating a website that effectively presents the game Chicken Road: its mechanics, advantages, multipliers, bets, rules, and also engages users to play or demonstrate. The site must be mobile-oriented, fast, with modern UX/UI, and at the same time ready for marketing traffic and analytics.
Main tasks
Structuring content: game mechanics, multipliers, bets, graphics, rules, "why choose" sections.
Building UX and information architecture for mobile and desktop versions.
Coordinating frontend development: responsive design, interactive elements, animations, optimization for mobile devices.
Implementing analytics: engagement metrics, conversions, user behavior.
Optimizing team performance: implementing automation, speeding up release cycles, deadline control.
Ensuring marketing readiness: SEO foundation, page speed, mobile version, minimizing load.
My contribution
Set up and controlled the frontend development process, built communication between the designer, developers, and marketing.
Defined priorities and roadmap for the frontend version: in what order to implement animations, interactive blocks, mobile adaptation.
Implemented task and communication automation: reduced the amount of manual task transfer, introduced templates, tracking execution.
Worked with analytics: tracking mobile traffic, conversions, the impact of specific blocks.
Monitored tagging, page speed, mobile optimization, and ensured responsiveness across different devices.
Result
The website became a presentation platform that clearly and attractively showcases the game product, increases audience trust, and is ready for scaling marketing campaigns. Thanks to the organized work of the team and the implementation of processes, the frontend development cycle was shortened, the quality of mobile adaptation improved, and the team's work became more structured.
Technologies
HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, responsive design, mobile version, analytics (Google Analytics/similar), task tracking, automation of internal processes.
