How it solves the problem:

Centralized Inbox: Messages from multiple WhatsApp numbers are instantly forwarded to a single Telegram Bot.

Seamless Reply: Agents simply use the "Reply" feature in Telegram.

Smart Routing: The automation (via Make.com) detects which WhatsApp number received the original message and routes the reply back through that specific account.
