Setting up a support service (HelpDesk) in Telegram

For many online schools and online stores, purchasing expensive ticketing systems (Zendesk, Intercom) is an unnecessary expense. I have developed a Support Service system that works directly within Telegram!
How it works:
The customer writes to your official Telegram bot (YourCompany_support).
A script in Make (Integromat) instantly intercepts the message and forwards it to a closed group of your managers.
Any available manager in the group clicks “Reply” to this message.
Make sends the manager's text back to the customer on behalf of the bot!
Advantages of the system:
Anonymity of managers: Customers do not see the personal numbers of employees, communicating only with the company bot.
Teamwork: Managers work in one window without interfering with each other.
Budget savings: No subscription fee for each employee! You only pay for the basic Make plan (~$9/month) or use the free plan.
Automation of non-working hours: The bot apologizes if a customer writes at night and queues the message for the morning.
