Automated customer feedback collection system

It is critically important for businesses to have high ratings on maps and to intercept negative feedback from customers in a timely manner. I have developed a comprehensive survey system that automatically filters reviews: satisfied customers are directed to leave a public review, while dissatisfied customers are directed to a private communication channel with a manager. All this works as a single mechanism with minimal service costs.
What this system can do:
Smart routing: If a customer gives 5 stars, the bot provides a link to Google Maps. If less than 5, it asks them to leave a text comment to improve the service.
Omnichannel: The main collection goes through the Telegram bot, and for customers without a messenger, a Google Form with identical logic has been created.
Automatic bonus issuance: After completing the survey, the system automatically issues a promo code for a discount (in the Telegram chat or generates and sends an automatic letter to the customer's email).
Follow-up system: If a customer launches the bot but does not complete the survey, the system will automatically remind them after a specified time.
Single database and analytics: All data from different sources is instantly compiled into a single Google Sheet. An interactive dashboard has been set up to calculate the average score of teams and companies, filtered by year and month.
Technical stack:
Bot platform: SmartSender (with logic optimized for minimum cost).
Database and Analytics: Google Sheets (using arrays and formulas for dashboards).
Automation and Backend: Google Apps Script (self-written JavaScript code for data formatting, date calculation, and automatic email sending).
Backup Channel: Google Forms.
Result:
The business owner receives a constant stream of positive reviews on Google Maps (which improves SEO and trust), responds quickly to complaints before they are published online, and has a clear rating of the quality of their employees' work. The system works autonomously and costs the business only ~10-15€/month.
