Objective

Quickly validate demand in the German market and generate leads from entrepreneurs interested in real estate investments.
Primary goal: set up paid traffic, test multiple ad/lead capture formats, and secure the first webinar sign-ups.

What We Did

1) Campaign Setup & Funnel Choice
• Launched a Meta Lead Form campaign (Facebook/Instagram) to collect contacts directly inside the platform and reduce friction (no website required).

2) Audience Segmentation
• Built targeting around:
• entrepreneurs and business owners,
• professionals with an interest in investing.
• Geo: Germany, taking into account local interests and user behavior patterns.

3) Lead Form Testing
• Created multiple form variations and tested which fields performed better:
• Name + phone
• Name + email

Results (Week 1)
• Generated the first leads on the launch day.
• Cost per lead (CPL): €4.93 to €11.49, depending on the campaign/form variation.
